## The Boundless story

### 1980s

Xiao, our founder and CEO, immigrated to the US from China with his parents in the late 1980s, where he spent nights and weekends pouring over books with his dad to work through complex immigration forms.

### 2017

While services like taxes and travel were democratized and brought online, immigration remained stuck in the past, requiring expensive lawyers or time spent doing it yourself. Knowing it could be better, Xiao set out to deliver simplicity and expertise at an affordable cost. Our first product: the Adjustment of Status marriage green card.

### 2020

In 2020, Boundless acquired RapidVisa, our biggest competitor. RapidVisa expanded how we were able to serve our customers, speeding up our time to deliver applications and ensuring we delivered great customer service at every step.

### 2023

We’d always wanted to help employers and their international employees, but had focused on families—until 2023, when Boundless acquired Bridge, a B2B immigration company. Since then, we’ve been able to serve every major pathway into the U.S.

### 2025

We’ve helped over 1,000 companies and 100,000 people, with a 99.7% success rate. Our innovative approach has delivered more successful outcomes than any law firm in the industry, proving excellence isn’t just for the few—it’s for everyone.
